Definitions

References to “AirportTransfersEton.co.uk,” “we,” or “us” denote the service-providing company. The terms “you” and “your” encompass any individual, business, or company engaging in a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 Allotting sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in requirements, is your responsibility. AirportTransfersEton.co.uk is not liable for delays caused by your failure to allocate adequate travel time or unpreparedness at the agreed-upon collection time.

2.2 Ensuring a vehicle of suitable size for passengers and luggage is your responsibility. We do not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Please note that, regardless of age, a child is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Requesting wheelchair access should be communicated at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Quotations from AirportTransfersEton.co.uk are based on the information provided by you. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified, with additional charges applied if applicable. Material changes to the itinerary may result in an adjusted quote.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and airport parking costs. Exceeding this waiting time incurs charges at the standard waiting rate. While we aim to accommodate delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Confirming the accuracy of the booking confirmation is your responsibility. Failure to notify AirportTransfersEton.co.uk of any errors absolves us of responsibility for resultant delays or costs.

3.4 Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Charges for cleaning may apply if the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively affected by a passenger.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the car is not permitted.

4.3 Proper restraint for children based on height, weight, and age is mandatory.

4.4 Compliance with passenger limits set by licensing or insurance is mandatory.

Cancellations

5.1 Timely notification of cancellations is essential. Cancellation charges, based on distance and time covered by the driver, apply if the cancellation occurs after dispatch.

5.2 Cancellation charges may apply for online bookings canceled before dispatch.

Liability

6.1 While AirportTransfersEton.co.uk strives for punctuality, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. We bear no responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we aim to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.

6.4 You will not hold AirportTransfersEton.co.uk responsible for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any act or omission of individuals in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or matters unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or other passengers. No refunds are provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 AirportTransfersEton.co.uk may subcontract obligations stated in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your obligations or rights under this agreement.

8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by AirportTransfersEton.co.uk, with changes reflected on this page. Regularly review these terms to stay informed of any updates. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates effective at the time of booking.

8.3 Information processing complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between AirportTransfersEton.co.uk and yourself.

8.5 No third party holds rights under this agreement unless specified in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes beyond this timeframe are not obligated to be entertained by AirportTransfersEton.co.uk.
